Property Summary

Chief redeveloped the 12 acre site of the former Green Line location in Grand Island, Nebraska. The former Green Line Equipment was acquired in a transaction that included selling a separate parcel of land and constructing a new 63,000-square-foot dealership for Green Line Equipment. Roads and utilities were included in this redevelopment plan to make the area fully functional and accessible. Chief assembles specialized professional teams based on the project specific requirements to guarantee successful results. The site is occupied by 8,000 square feet of remodeled space with a new 25,000 square foot warehouse addition. 37,500 square feet of new construction will be completed by the fall of 2016 for the Chief Construction Office. This development is home to the campuses of Chief Construction and Development as well as Christensen Concrete.
